On Thursday 17th November St Marys RSL Sub-Branch conducted its 2016 awards to students for the Colin Shepherd OAM Memorial School Scholarship Program. Three Emmaus College students were offered scholarships.
As many of you would know the RSL sub-branch has offered our students 3 scholarships to the total of $5,000 for the past 14 years. This year fifteen students from five local schools, together with their family and teachers, enjoyed a pleasant meal followed by the official presentation of certificates, and of the shields to the school Principals.
Miss Hull and Mrs Curran went to the St Mary's RSL sub-branch to represent the school and this year the recipients were:
- Erin Moodley
- Isabella Bartulovic
- Kristy Spinelli
The girls and their families were delighted and proud. We will have a presentation for these students early next year.

MADD Night 2024 season was officially kicked off today at our assembly. Students are reminded that audition forms will be available on Compass from tomorrow. If you are a performer, artist or perhaps would like to have something included in our markets this year please be sure to get your form in by Term 2, Week 3. A special mention to Year 12 Entertainment for the amazing light display they put together for the launch at today's assembly!
